Poultry House

The main frame of chicken house is hot-dip galvanizing H section steel/ C section steel/ steel tube truss beam to reduce self-weight of design load and dosage of the steel. At the same time, hot-dip galvanized can widely improve anti-corrosion of the steel.


Roof purlins are adopted the hot-dip galvanized Z or C section. The way to continuous lap makes the steel frame as whole. Wall purlins are the hot-dip galvanized C section steel. All components adopt bolted connection, no welding, which makes the structure overall appearance smooth.

This is warehouse preject for my regular client from Hungray.


This project is located in Tottos,a beatiful village in north of Hungary. This is an old metal recycling workshop, and my client is a very influential businessman in Hungary, so this project is also used as a steel structure test project in the local area. We arrange four steel workers to help them install.

It totally about 13 days to finished two buildings, one for office, another one for workshop. Laszlo is very satisfied with our work, and we took a group photo in front of the warehouse. I believe that this can make more people choose steel structure buildings.

This project was built in Romania, it is total 2600 m2, the loacal wind load is 0.4KN/M2, the local snow load is 1.2 KN/M2. So the main structure is 18kg/M2. The roof and wall material is 75mm EPS panel, so that It will provide better insulation. 


Compared with ordinary reinforced concrete structure, steel structure has the advantages of homogeneity, high strength, fast construction speed, good seismic resistance and high recovery rate. The strength and elastic modulus of steel are many times higher than that of masonry and concrete. Therefore, under the same load conditions, the quality of steel components is lighter.
