Project Update: Main Structure of 12,000 ㎡ Steel Structure Workshop Completed

Recently, the main construction of the 12,000 ㎡ steel structure workshop undertaken by our company has been fully finished. Key works including steel frame erection, exterior wall enclosure and window installation are completed, and the project moves on to site improvement and detailed finishing works.

This large-scale workshop has strict requirements for component machining precision, structural stability and enclosure construction. Our technical team optimized the steel structure layout in advance. With in-house laser cutting and prefabrication capacity, we ensured steady supply of steel beams, columns and purlins. On construction sites, we strictly supervised lifting, welding, anti-corrosion and wall panel installation, enforced safety management, coordinated work among different construction teams, solved challenges of large-area wall cladding and multi-layer window installation, and finished main construction with guaranteed safety and quality.

As shown in site photos: internal steel beam framework is neatly arranged with reliable load-bearing capacity; two-tone exterior wall panels and complete window systems deliver neat facade performance, with good waterproof, thermal insulation and sound insulation effects. The spacious long-span interior can accommodate production lines, material storage and other industrial layouts.

The completion of main structure marks a key milestone. Our construction team will carry out earthwork adjustment, plumbing installation and interior finishing step by step for final handover.
