To further improve product quality and production efficiency, our company has newly introduced a fully automatic laser section steel cutting machine, which has been installed in the workshop and officially put into production.

Traditional cutting for square, rectangular and other structural steel usually leaves rough burrs on cut edges, requiring extensive manual grinding afterwards. Manual operation also causes dimensional deviations, which will impair the fitting accuracy of subsequent welding and assembly processes. Equipped with a numerical control system, the new laser cutting machine can directly import design drawings to automatically complete cutting, hole drilling, beveling, angle cutting and other processes. Laser machining delivers smooth cuts with minimal thermal deformation, and most workpieces no longer need secondary grinding. Its long travel frame accommodates long steel profiles, while automated clamping and cutting greatly reduce manual work and ensure highly consistent cutting dimensions, controlling component precision right at the initial processing stage.
